Quality Assurance
We hereby guarantees our polypropylene pipe system for 50 years against faulty material and 15 years against faulty installation.This guarantee begins at the end of installation only and after the system has been submitted to and passed the required pressure tests.

This guarantee shall come into effect only provided:

● Our instructions for installation and welding procedures have been strictly followed.

● Proof that only genuine products or products approved and supplied by IPI have been used.

● Within 14 days of discovery of fault, a written advice is received by IPI.

We are not obligated to the quality problems due to the following situations:

● Due to incorrect installation or usage.

● Use polygon® pipes and fittings under unnormal or non-applicabletemperature and pressure.

● The pipe system which consists of not all polygon® pipes and fittings.

● Pipe system fault caused by force majeure.

● The problem caused by or in transportation.
